Mediterranean Herb Chicken

For a Mediterranean take on baked chicken, this herbed chicken recipe is as simple as they come. Seasoned with Simply Organic's zesty Mediterranean Herb Dip Mix and drizzled with olive oil and vinegar, this chicken brings all the flavors of Greek cuisine into each bite.


  • 1 package Simply Organic Mediterranean Herb Greek Yogurt Dip Mix 1.00 oz.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast


1. Combine Dip Mix, olive oil, and vinegar in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.

To heighten the Greek experience, serve with a side salad topped with our Mediterranean Herb Dressing and our Sweet Potato Herb Biscuits.
